Over 2200 Mumbaikars turned up for BACARDÍ’s Unique Immersive Experience - CASA BACARDÍ
Known for curating unique experiential moments, BACARDÍ launched a vibrant, new, immersive platform called ‘CASA BACARDÍ’ in Mumbai last Saturday, that witnessed more than 2200 people showing up to do what moves them. A cohesive experience of music, dance, mixology, fashion, arts & food, CASA BACARDÍ served culture across multiple touchpoints by bringing the Caribbean roots of the brand to the 100-year-old Pioneer Hall in the heart of Bandra.
Here’s a quick glimpse of what went down:
Pioneer Hall, the festival venue, a 100-year-old bungalow in Bandra, had been designed uniquely to replicate Caribbean vibes with a rooftop stage and Latin inspired food with eatery Nomada.
Performing artists like Sickflip, Sindhi Curry, Spindoctor and G Shez, along with Sri Lankan artists Leandro, and Emmanuel kept the crowd moving non-stop to their funky island tunes.
The audience was in for a surprise when the country’s fastest rising electronic music producer, Ritviz, dropped by for an intimate one-on-one conversation on his journey as an artist and always doing what moves him.
The distinctive and unique workshops at the festival were a massive hit and catered to an enthusiastic crowd.
While artist Sickflip hosted a workshop on Caribbean beat making, Bacardi’s brand ambassadors conducted an interactive mixology session on the rooftop bar at the festival.
The Dancehall workshop, led by India’s most prominent Dancehall artist MS Sheriff, stole the show and witnessed a full house of synchronized dancing and crazy energy.
If that wasn’t enough, CASA BACARDÍ also housed apparel pop-ups by Mumbai’s hottest streetwear brand Jay Walking, sustainable clothing brand Boheco, Barbados based resort line Isaa Vibes and vintage clothing brand Bodements, all in line with their Caribbean aesthetic.
