As India Splurges On Travel, Hospitality Matches Supply With Demand

India's domestic air travel has improved and reached the pre-Covid levels, according to the latest data by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The country's domestic air travel touched 85.7 per cent of pre-Covid 2019 levels in 2022, the IATA added.

It reflects how domestic tourism is on the forefront of India's travel business. With this year’s Union budget emphasis on  Indian hotels and homestays business are constantly adding inventory to match up with the increasing demand for unique vacation experiences
