“Maldives: Not Just Beaches”- Photography Exhibition of Dnyaneshwar M Mulay

A Photography Exhibition “Maldives: Not Just Beaches” Ambassador Dnyaneshwar M Mulay is being exhibited at Art Gallery, Chanakyapuri in  New Delhi till 8th August 2022. 

Photos taken are when Mulay served as India’s High Commissioner to the Maldives. Seeing is believing and while visiting different places remains the best way to immerse oneself in the beauty or culture of that region, the next best alternative is through photographs. 

Offering the same was a photography exhibition ‘Maldives: Not just beaches’, which is organised by Ambassador Dnyaneshwar M Mulay, IFS (Retd.) who served as India’s High Commissioner to the Maldives. The Photo Exhibition was Inaugurated on 25th July at Art Gallery, CSOI, Vinay Marg, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi, and will be exhibited till 8th August 2022. The exhibition is being organized essentially to showcase works of art and creative photography by Mulay.

Photography by Dnyaneshwar M. Mulay, IFS (Retd.) who served as India’s high commissioner to the Maldives between 2009- 2013, and who was a diplomat of the elite Indian Foreign Service (1983-2019).  Mulay is presently serving as a Member of NHRC. He had hugely explored the various aspects of many countries. He also has vivid photography photos taken when he served as India’s high commissioner to the Maldives and exhibited for the beauty, nature, and culture lovers.

The Maldives, a paradise on earth, has its other charms that go beyond the Sun, sand, and beaches. My four years stay in the Maldives gave my ‘Mobile camera’ enough ‘Food for thought said Mulay The stay in the Maldives also kept the amateur photographer in me alive and kicking added Mulay.

It is hoped that during this season of Monsoon people of Delhi, Diplomats from various countries and who’s who of Delhi, and bureaucrats will enjoy the photography exhibition.
