VHP Of America Organises Tesla Musical Light Show, Tribute To Ram

Anticipation for the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22 is not confined to India; it has sparked excitement worldwide, particularly in the United States.

In Maryland, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) of America organised a Tesla musical light show, featuring over 150 cars synchronised to the tunes of 'Jai Shri Ram.' Additionally, more than 40 billboards featuring Lord Ram and the Ram Temple have been erected in over 10 states in the US, reflecting the global celebration and anticipation surrounding the historic event.

Mukesh Aghi, President and CEO of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), highlighted the widespread enthusiasm, noting nearly a dozen events across the US in cities like New York, Boston, Washington, DC, LA, and San Francisco. Aghi emphasised the cultural, emotional, and religious connection Indian Americans have with the Ram Temple, showcasing a momentum that transcends geographical boundaries.

The Mauritian government, recognising the global significance, announced a special two-hour break for Hindu public officers on January 22, allowing them to participate in local events marking the ceremony.

Taranjit Singh Sandhu, the Indian envoy to the US, underscored the significance of the Ramayana epic during an event at the US Capitol Hill.
