Thomas Cook India recommends relaxing travel destinations to rejuvenate and revitalize

A recent report by a leading health insurance company revealed that stress levels seem to be high in India compared to other countries, with about 89% of the population revealing that they are suffering from stress. With an increase in fast paced and hectic lifestyles, there is an increasing need to bring the focus back to health and well-being, and travel has steadily emerged as one of the best ways to recharge and rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. In fact, according to a 2013 study, travel to a relaxing destination has been proven to be excellent for one’s mental well-being, managing stress and negative emotions.
