Pocket Aces has procured the channel ‘Pocket Change’ from Civic Studios, a platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of Indian youth. The channel aims to spark candid conversations on important topics, providing a space for education, and inspiration, and addressing the challenges faced by young Indians today. In honour of Gandhi Jayanti, ‘Pocket Change’ kicked off its ‘5-Reel’ campaign by imagining how Mahatma Gandhi might influence today's generation.
The reels featured Gen Z creators and youth from across India, envisioning Gandhi as the face of a brand called ‘Made in India’, trending on X with hashtags like #StayReal or #SlayReal, promoting minimalism, and more. Creators Hamza Syed, Anmol Sachar, and Anusmita Dutta led this unique initiative with reels that showcased how Gandhi’s impact might look in the age of social media, addressing societal concerns through Gandhian principles reinterpreted for today’s world.
Pocket Change is committed to fostering dialogue on the issues that matter most to Indian youth, such as education, employment, social awareness, and relationships, while also helping them find purpose in a rapidly evolving world. Through engaging discussions, the channel brings together everyday young voices to address topics that are often considered difficult or taboo, with the goal of making these conversations accessible, relatable, and impactful.
