PM Modi To Kickstart Vibrant Gujarat Summit On 10 January, 2024

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the 10th edition of the three-day Vibrant Gujarat Summit from 10 to 12 January. The summit will see global investors, Indian business leaders, and heads of state participating.

During his visit to Gujarat, PM Modi inaugurated the Vibrant Gujarat Global Trade Show in Gandhinagar on 9 January, 2024 and engaged in bilateral discussions with multinational company chiefs and world leaders.

On 9 January, 2024, he met Toshihiro Suzuki, Representative Director & President, Suzuki Motor Corp; Keith Svendsen, CEO of A.P. Moller Maersk; Iain Martin, Vice Chancellor of Australia’s Deakin University; Sanjay Mehrotra, President and CEO of Micron Technology; Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and CEO of DP World to discuss their investment plans in India.

He also held meetings with Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, President of the Republic of Mozambique as well as with Jose Ramos Horta, President of Timor Leste.

The 10th Edition of the Vibrant Gujarat Summit “will celebrate 20 Years of Vibrant Gujarat as the Summit of Success”. The agenda aligns with national priorities, G20, and I2U2 themes. Seminars will cover diverse topics such as renewable energy, aircraft, MSME, PM Gati Shakti, Gujarat's development plan for Viksit Bharat@2047, and initiatives like smart city Dholera and India’s international financial center, GIFT City.
