Lyfe Hotels appoints Prakash Shankar as General Manager for their recently launched hotel property in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Shankar brings an abundance of experience spanning around 22 years in the hospitality industry. He has been associated with globally renowned hotel brands with a proven track record of successfully pre-opening, rebranding and managing operations across India.
In his position as General Manager at Lyfe Hotels, he will be overseeing a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the hotel and delivering high-quality guest experiences. In the past, Shankar has worked with reputed hotel brands like Taj, Marriott, Zuri, Carlson and Radisson in different roles and capacities.

Shankar is an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University.
