Celebrations galore for World Photography Day, with Imaging leader Canon India

Constantly keeping up with the latest photography trends while maintaining a firm technological foundation, Canon Image Square (CIS) recently reinforced its investment in retail expansion with the brand’s 200th Canon Image Square (CIS) store. All the CIS stores, across the country will join Canon in enriching the photography experience for its customers with workshops, Online Photography contests and customer connect engagements. Workshops will be organized for school students, teachers, employees and their family members at the Canon Head Office, based in Gurgaon.

Canon in southern region of India will add to the celebrations with workshops at Visual Communication Colleges, Art Bengaluru Festival for Students and Photo Contest for students in schools. The East part of the country has planned an Inter school photography workshop in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal along with a 2 day workshop with students and a customer connect program in E-Mall. Not just this, a photography exhibition would also be conducted in association with “Photography Charcha Club” at Nandan (The Cultural Hub of Kolkata).

Canon Mumbai office will host student tours along with a photography workshop for students at Ryan International School in Mumbai, by the renowned Canon Photo mentor, Mr. Sagar Gosavi. Apart from the above an exclusive ‘Click and Print‘activity will be hosted by the team in one of the renowned schools of the city. In addition, Canon India will be promoting the concept of Exchange memories on World Photography Day via their social platforms.
