There was mammoth task in hand as we had a challenge of handling 3-day event with lot of precision owing to the involvement of major stakeholders like CII, secretary level people, diplomats, foreign delegates, ministers of state and central, high level bureaucrats, entrepreneurs, industrialists etc.
There have been multiple sub events like 121 meetings amongst buyers and sellers, presentations on pre-scheduled topics, inauguration ceremony, closing ceremony, guest arrival and departures, product exhibition of 125 stalls, dinner and lunch for delegates and exhibitors etc. during 3-day event.
