Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal Ties The Knot With Grecia Munoz
Reports indicate that Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal recently tied the knot with Mexican entrepreneur Grecia Munoz.
The marriage between Deepinder Goyal and Grecia Munoz, a former model, reportedly took place a few months back, with the couple returning to India from their honeymoon in February, as per sources cited by a daily.
Despite the absence of any official announcement on their social media handles, Munoz sparked speculation with her Instagram profile. In her Instagram bio, she stated that she is "now at home in India", having previously shared glimpses of various iconic locations in Delhi.
Munoz, who recently initiated a startup specialising in luxury consumer goods, shared snapshots of her fresh beginnings at her new residence, captioning them as "Glimpses of my new life at my new home."
Prior to Munoz, Goyal's previous marriage was to Kanchan Joshi, whom he encountered during their time as students at IIT Delhi. Recently, the Zomato founder encountered criticism following the introduction of the "Pure Veg Mode" service. Despite initially launching the service, Goyal withdrew it later, citing feedback from vegetarian patrons as the reasoning behind its rollout.
The Zomato CEO wrote, "While we are going to continue to have a fleet for vegetarians, we have decided to remove the on-ground segregation of this fleet on the ground using the colour green. All our riders - both our regular fleet, and our fleet for vegetarians, will wear the colour red."
Established in 2008, Zomato stands as one of the leading startups in the nation, supported by China's Ant Group.
