Women Economic Forum to engage 500 women across 50 countries in Canada chapter

The deliberations will be across a range of subjects that concern modern  society, entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership, environment,  inclusivity and tolerance, values and family. This will be done over  many sessions in the four days and will broadcast live globally to  thousands of people. It will also be our humble privilege to confer on  the Governor and some senior government persons the Women Economic Forum award of “Iconic Leaders of the Decade in Public Service”. We will also present “women of the Decade” awards to leading women in Business and public life.

WEF is associated with the global movement of the ALL Ladies League, an "internet" of women with over 70,000 members across 150 countries, having circles or chapters of  self-help and support with a culture of sisterhood. The aim of the WEF  conferences is to foster an empowering ecosystem of conversations and  connections among women and supportive men  so that we can all together make a bigger difference in society and  with our soulfulness and strengths. WEF holds about 12-18 conferences  throughout the year and around the world in association with local  partners.

Mannu  Sandhu who is the host for WEF British Columbia Canada Nov 16 - 19th 2017  and ALL Chair British Columbia, Canada added that she was proud to have  been able to bring Women Economic Forum to British Columbia for the first time. She truly believed it will become the hub for women empowerment and inclusion.

WEF Events abroad are coming up in Morocco, Portugal, Cyprus, Iceland,  Canada, New Zealand, UAE, Tunisia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Belgium,  Netherlands and UK.

WEF recently concluded their annual Women Economic  Forum 2017 in May in Delhi where, Hon'ble Minister Suresh Prabhu ji,  Rajyavardhan Rathore ji, Upendra Khushwaha ji had addressed us, along  with Baba Ramdev, MP, Subhash Chandra ji, Ms. Alenka Smerkolj, Minister  from Slovenia, Marija Pavilioniene, MP, Lithuania, Margarida Marques,  Secretary of State for European Affairs Portugal, and celebrities like  Shilpa Shetty, Aditi Rao Hydari.

They  had speakers and delegates from 100+ countries participating across 520  sessions and workshops in 41 sectors and fields. Earlier, They had  Hon'ble Ministers Shri Venkaiah Naidu ji, Smriti Irani ji, Devendra  Fadnavis ji, and also international dignitaries like Princess of Kuwait,  as also corporate stalwarts who have been speakers and awardees. All  their events are livestreamed and sessions available online for viewing  anytime at WEF TV online channel.
