United Religions Initiative North India Assembly Culminates In New Delhi

The United Religions Initiative (URI) North India Assembly concluded in New Delhi, marking a gathering of over 40 Cooperation Circle members and friends of URI dedicated to fostering interfaith cooperation, community empowerment, and social impact in the region.

During the assembly, participants engaged in dynamic discussions, which included, ‘Capacity Building Training’ with a focus on equipping individuals and organisations with the skills and resources to make a lasting difference in their communities; ‘Grassroots Work’ which explored the importance of community-level initiatives in bringing about positive change; ‘Interfaith Bonding’ with an aim to strengthen the bonds of understanding and collaboration among diverse religious and spiritual communities; ‘Fundraising Strategies’ with in-depth discussions on raising resources to support social work models and address pressing community needs.

Tanya Sablok from URI expressed her thoughts on the assembly saying, "The URI North India Assembly is a testament to the power of unity and shared purpose. It's through our collective efforts and unwavering commitment that we can truly make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Together, we can create a better world."

The URI North India Assembly served as a platform for Cooperation Circles to exchange ideas, share experiences, and foster a culture of peace, justice, and understanding among various faith traditions.
