The Sunburn 10 Superstar Awards instituted to acknowledge and reward the efforts put in by members of the team that worked on Sunburn 10 saw many recipients walk away with certificates, awards and happy smiles.
The ‘Creators’ awards category acknowledging the Production and Creative efforts saw Amit Jadhav win the Bronze, Yogesh Malhotra win the Silver and Saurabh Patil win the Gold award. The ‘Daredevils’ awards category recognizing the massive efforts undertaken in areas of Security, Traffic, Parking, Camping and Infrastructure saw Parag Uke walk away with the Bronze, Karan Kapoor get the Silver and Paras Lamba carry the Gold award. The ‘Wizards of Wow’ awards spanning the F&B, After Dark parties and camping experiences saw Ratul Dasgupta win Bronze, Aaron Pereira take Silver and Aditya Agrawal win Gold. The ‘Happily Ever After’ awards category spanning Sponsorship, TLB & Guest Relations management saw Suprit Karkera win Bronze, Shivani Daya and Heena Khan tie for a Silver place and Jay Thaker walk away with the Gold. The ‘Bond with Best’ category rewarding efforts undertaken across Artist and Talent management witnessed Nandini Mittal and Mimoh Gandhi tie for a Bronze spot, Mayukh Roy win Silver and Jaydev Vadodaria win the Gold. The ‘Buzz Creators’ awards recognizing the Marketing and PR initiatives saw Sachin Ghare and Zeenia Moghal tie for Bronze, Mahesh Chittimali win Silver place and Abhik Chakraborti take Gold. The final category ‘Guardians’ that handled the Ticketing & Box Office management saw Mangesh Mane win the Bronze, Irinca Pereira win Silver and Prem Desai win the Gold award.

Harindra Singh, Chairman & Managing Director, Percept Limited, “Sunburn 10 was perhaps the only large festival in the world that moved its home to an unknown venue and got success. We generated around INR 1.4 crores as direct revenue to the Government. And also created business of about INR 250 crores for the region via F&B, Transport, Hotel and other miscellaneous expenses incurred by the festival attendees. The hotel industry in Pune recorded an upsurge in both rates and occupancy during the festival week. It was a win-win scenario. A special thanks to the Collector, the Police department, and everyone else who supported us in our endeavour to create history.”
Shri Jaykumar Rawal, Minister Tourism, Government of Maharashtra said, "Having seen the contribution Sunburn made to tourism in Goa, Maharashtra Tourism welcomed Sunburn's move to Maharashtra. I was intrigued at their choice of Kesnand over many other options in the state. They did make the right choice and have successfully put Kesnand and Pune on the global music tourism map. The Facebook live stream numbers are a testimony of their global fan following. The support from their fans and attendance in large numbers makes all our joint efforts worthwhile as this stimulates the economic cycle from rickshaw to restaurants to hotels for brand Poona. I wish them success and hope they make Maharashtra their permanent home."
