What happens when food, art, music, culture and storytelling come together? It becomes a teeming trove of experiences.
That’s exactly what Cab Experiences plans to do with its initial foray into the space of IPs, with The Gathering. It promises to be the first-ever food experience amalgamating art and culture bringing together 2,000 experientialists from each city, which would include poets, storytellers, chefs, and changemakers - blending traditions, lesser-known recipes, wild ideas, textures, untold stories, discoveries, and evolving experiences.
The weekend affair will commence with its maiden kick-off taking place at Mukesh Mills, Colaba in Mumbai – it will take place from 31 January to 2 February, 2025. This would be followed by its second leg in New Delhi which will take place from 21 – 23 February, 2025.
In the garb of a food festival, it’s an art and culinary movement – which aims to offer a distinct immersive experience, showcasing the best of what happens when a chef and an artist come together. Thus, highlighting the much-trending concept of offering unique dining experiences in contrast to traditional dining set-ups.
With 10 chefs collaborating with 10 artists, it would be stimulating to comprehend what could be laid out on 10 tables – all with an exclusive tasting menu and an experimental sensorial set-up.
Cab Experiences has been focusing on conceptualising and designing experiences – getting brands to connect with their audiences. This inaugural stride by the company which draws inspiration from the environment, demonstrates its ambition towards strengthening its experiential muscle to represent the ever-evolving dynamics of the world and the company’s association with it.
