Sadhguru Academy To Host 12th Edition Of Insight: The DNA Of Success

Sadhguru Academy (formerly Isha Leadership Academy) will host its annual business leadership intensive for business owners and C-suite executives, Insight: The DNA of Success, from 23-26 November 2023 at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore.

Spread over four days, the program is envisioned and led by Sadhguru, Founder, Isha Foundation, who will be joined by eminent and highly successful business leaders to lead the participants through the mechanics of professional and personal success. The program is designed exclusively for business leaders who want to not only scale their business but also scale themselves into more effective and impactful leaders.

The 12th edition of Insight will feature Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology and Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, who will participate as a Speaker in the program. Other Key Resource Leaders and Speakers include Bhavish Aggarwal, Founder, Ola: Dr. Krishna Ella, Executive Chairman, Bharat Biotech International Limited; Vinod K Dasari, Chairman, Vinita Health and Tresa Motors; Abhishek Ganguly, Founder & CEO, Agilitas Sports Private Limited; and Mithun Sacheti, Founder & MD, CaratLane.

The theme for the 12th edition of Insight is ‘Blossoming in Rising Bharat’ which will form the underlying thread of all the multimodal sessions. This will include speaker sessions, immersive workshops, Q&A sessions and one-on-one consultations for participants with business leaders in a hands-on, customized approach to finding scaling solutions for businesses. The objective of the program is to not only celebrate ‘Rising Bharat’ but to enable entrepreneurs to play an active role in capitalizing on the opportunities that the country offers to shape the future of their business and that of the Nation.

Sadhguru will interact with participants and business leaders to offer his wisdom and perspective on leadership, its challenges and opportunities and the role of inner wellbeing in becoming a more effective and impactful human being.

Over 240 participants will participate in the 12th edition of Insight: The DNA of Success along with more than 25 Resource Leaders who will work with small groups of participants to enable them to extract the best insights from the program.
