Rajiv Dubey has taken on an expanded role as Vice President at Dabur India, where he will now oversee brand activations and experiential marketing initiatives. 

Alongside his continued leadership in media strategy and execution, Dubey will focus on crafting immersive brand experiences that deepen Dabur's connection with its audience.

He manages media spending across multiple platforms and channels, including TV, digital, print, radio, outdoor, and consumer and trade activations, ensuring optimal ROI and growth for Dabur's diverse range of brands.

Over more than three decades at Dabur, Dubey has honed his skills and expertise through various roles within the company. His core strengths encompass media planning and buying, emerging media and technology, digital transformation, mar-tech, and industry best practices.

Dubey began his journey with Dabur in 1994 as a media manager, where he played a key role in establishing Adbur, the company's in-house agency. He also worked closely with major broadcasters such as All India Radio, Doordarshan, Zee, Star Network, and leading newspaper groups like The Times of India, during his role at Adbur.
