Quarter Plate, a unique Indian tapas restaurant by Chef Kunal Kapur is launching a limited-edition mango festival known as - ‘Dil Mango More’. Inspired by consumer demand and the seasonal availability of fresh mangoes, this specially curated mango festival menu will be on offer during the summer months, till fresh stocks last. By focusing on mangoes, the menu aims to celebrate the fruit's flavours and seasonal freshness. The menu includes several signature recipes with innovative twists on traditional mango-based dishes along with refreshing mango drinks.

The Dil Mango More special menu includes several innovative mango-based dishes like Tropical Mango Salad with Passion Fruit Dressing, Mango Sev Papdi (raw mango salsa, mango mousse), Mango Falooda, and Mango Tiramisu. The menu also has refreshing and revitalizing mango summer mocktails and cocktails that capture the essence of the summer season. The combination of mango puree, citrus juices, spices, sweetness, and tanginess is crafted to balance out the heat, making the drinks superbly refreshing. The cocktail menu includes Tropical Heatwave, GinJamun, Berry Blossom, Melon Passion Daiquir, QP Aam Panna and Mango Mint Margarita, Litchi Affair, Watermelon Basil Cooler and Black Bull in mocktails. 

The Mango festival dishes incorporate a variety of locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to enhance the flavours and ensure freshness. Fresh herbs such as locally grown basil, seasonal fruits like pomegranate, coconut, passion fruit raw and ripe mangoes, and vegetables have been extensively used while curating the menu. Local spices and nuts such as cardamom, pistachios, and almonds too have been used to add aromatic flavour and unique texture to the dishes. 

Mangoes, besides being the favourite fruit for many, are also known for their health benefits. Rich in vitamin A and C, this latest offering by Quarter Plate is sure to also appeal to health-conscious consumers.
