The kids universally thrive on fun and adventure, while the parents are worried with the increasing dependence of kids on mobile and virtual world for fulfillment of their adventure quotient. Candyman, married the two concerns and designed the Tattoo to Adventure Quest. The first step in this Contest was to buy the candy which had a tattoo. The tattoo asked the consumer to give a missed call and record an answer on the IVR.
Candyman Choco Double Eclairs witnessed the second leg of adventure unwinding at Wonderla Amusement Park in Bangalore on 19th Dec 2017. A one of its kind event, had 12 enthusiastic kids from different parts of India competing against each other in an Adventure Quest.
Each kid was accompanied by a parent and was invited by ITC’s Candyman team to be a part of this Quest based on the answers submitted by the kids in Round 1. The kids interacted with each other on the eve of the D-Day and were segregated in Teams. They decided team names and their team’s War cry which would play a crucial role in the Adventure Quest on Day 2. The participants were motivated by their proud parents who supported and encouraged them wholeheartedly.
The Quest involved a host of tasks, wherein the team had to crack the clue and complete the tasks. It began with Net Walk, where the little musketeers had to cross a bridge made of net and burst balloons according to their team colours. This was followed by tasks which involved getting drenched in Wonder Splash and crossing the horrors of Dungeon Ride. After a series of 4 tasks, two teams were face –to-face in a daunting expedition across the Lazy River. Team Wondergirls emerged as the successors and proceeded to the Grand Finale. The winner, Ms Vishwa Jarsaniya of Mumbai made it certain to clinch an all paid trip to Dubai with her quick thinking and timing.
