Recognizing the innovation in food and beverage industry, SIAL- the world’s biggest food exhibition is all set to host the first edition of SIAL Innovation Awards in India. The initiative is a unique celebration of innovative food and beverage products from across the globe. Over 30 countries from China, France, Indonesia, Italy, Portugal, Russia, South Korea, Canada, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, USA will be participating in SIAL India for the three daylong event. SIAL Innovation Awards will be held on 20th Sep 2019 at Pragati Maidan and is being brought by Comexposium and Inter Ads Exhibitions Pvt Ltd.
By bringing SIAL Innovation in India for the first time, SIAL aims to bring new and innovative food products in the market. The initiative will attract more opportunities for the companies winning the most prestigious award of SIAL Innovation. In the ever growing food market, the initiative will also help companies in introducing new trends, helping to launch products in new territories, solving diversity, quality and safety issues.
Jury comprising of industry experts and leaders like Xavier Terlet, Professor Junghoon Moon, Chef Manjit Gill, Akkharawit Kanjana-opas, Ms. Rashmi Uday Singh will reveal the most innovative products in the food industry in terms of - technology, ingredients, recipe, equipment and services. The awards for Gold, Silver and Bronze category worldwide will be shortlisted from over 300 companies participating in the event at SIAL India.
