Honor smartphones partners with FDCI for the ‘Honor League’

'The Honor League’ is an initiative where the brand will be seen collaborating with digital talent across travel, fashion, photography and technology sectors to encourage the youth in their brave endeavor. As a part of this partnership, the brand will run a social media contest ‘Hunt for the Face of Honor’ in association with FDCI and Instagram where aspiring models can share their views on why they feel their style represents their swag quotient. The contest will shortlist 26 young aspiring models who will be given Honor’s Mystery ‘SWAG’ phone. The contest will also give 6 lucky winners a chance to be a part of the ‘Honor Show’ at the Amazon Indian Fashion Week.

Speaking on the occasion, Sunil Sethi, President FDCI, said "Style has a universal language, but the key really lies in, who can translate it to create an impact. And this is just what we have attempted to do with the 'Hunt for the face of Honor' where you get a chance to be part of the biggest fashion event through social media, by sharing interesting perspectives on what style really means to each one of us. It is a challenging idea which will see sumptuous responses from tech-savvy millennials."

P. Sanjeev, Vice President, Huawei Consumer Business Group, commented “It’s indeed a pleasure to be associated with an apex body like the FDCI. As our tagline suggests, Honor is a brand for the brave and the ‘Honor League’ is one such initiative, where we aim at encouraging the youth to pursue their talent to the fullest. When it comes to fashion, FDCI is a renowned name and our association enables the youth to bring their talent to the forefront.”
The ‘Hunt for the Face of Honor’ commences on the 23rd December, 2016.
