HMIL Unveils The Alcazar

The new Hyundai Alcazar is developed on the company’s global design identity of 'sensuous sportiness' and is set to redefine the six and seven-seater SUV segment

Hyundai Motor India (HMIL) recently revealed the new Alcazar, following which it has also unveiled the exterior and interior design of this six and seven-seater premium SUV. Redefining travel experiences with grandeur, the Hyundai Alcazar is developed on the company’s global design identity of ‘sensuous sportiness’, with a bold front fascia, robust and wider rear stance, new R18 (D= 462 mm) diamond cut alloy wheel design, and versatile interiors, the SUV exudes confidence and charisma, ready to command the road.

Commenting on the car’s design, Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer, Hyundai Motor India said, "The bold new Hyundai Alcazar has been meticulously crafted offering robust design and comfort. With its commanding presence characterised by a bolder, taller, and wider stance, it radiates grandeur and sophistication. The premium SUV now offers enhanced seat comfort, and a splendid cabin, ensuring an unparalleled experience for the passengers. The vehicle stands out as an ideal choice for city commuters or long journeys."

Bold & Commanding New Exterior Design:

The new Hyundai Alcazar is set to redefine the six and seven-seater SUV segment with its spectacular design and unmatched comfort and convenience. With a new-H shaped LED DRLs, distinctive quad-beam LED headlamps, an all-new hood design, a rugged front bumper along with a new skid plate and a new dark chrome front grille, the car is designed for a striking road presence to make every head turn for second look on the road.

Enhancing the SUV's bold and elevated presence is the black painted cladding, giving a dynamic profile to the wheel design. The unique bridge-type roof rail, along with the broader, taller, and modern rear design give the SUV a more assertive road stance.

The rear design of the vehicle features a new spoiler design with an integrated stop lamp along with the new bumper and skid plate design, the all-new signature connected DRLs add to its wider, taller and futuristic appearance. It now also comes equipped with a new LED turn signal with sequential function, which enhances the premium and modern appearance of the SUV.

Calming Inside

From the inside, the new Hyundai Alcazar, the SUV exuberates luxury and comfort. The interior offers a calm, hi-tech and premium feel accentuated by a dual-tone noble brown and haze navy colour scheme. The seamlessly integrated infotainment and digital cluster screens, new trendy horizontal ventilation architecture, and quilted seat pattern detail add to the sophisticated and plush feel of the cabin.

The six-seater variant of the car features captain seats in the second row with enhanced cushioning and bolstering and a folding armrest giving enough space for easy passage to the third row. On the other hand, the seven-seater variant offers a seat tumble mechanism for easy ingress/egress to the third row, along with improved seat cushioning and support, enhancing overall space, comfort and convenience for long journeys.
