Joining the Marriott group in 2003, Nalawade seized numerous opportunities to showcase his unwavering commitment to excellence. His leadership, particularly in the areas of food and beverage service and hotel operations, left a mark across various brands and locations. His ability to enhance dining establishments and craft memorable guest experiences was evident in consistently outstanding guest satisfaction scores.
In his most recent role as the pre-opening Hotel Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai, Nalawade's approach successfully positioned the hotel as a sought-after oasis within the city landscape.
