Author, Emcee and TV Show Host Gitikka Ganju Dhar will soon be seen in the upcoming Aamir Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha

Speaking about the upcoming film, Dhar said, “The film is scheduled for release in August. So, it is in the larger interest of the film that actors cast in the film, avoid sharing any details about their roles before it hits the theatres. But, I'd like to say that I could not have wished for a better banner to debut with. To be a part of a film like Laal Singh Chaddha is a thing of joy. It is a film that I am convinced millions around the world will enjoy watching. It is a film made with great passion, dedication, and resilience; the team battled the repeated onslaught of back-to-back waves of the COVID Pandemic but did not compromise on even a single frame.”

When asked about working with Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan she said, “His constant endeavour is to get the scene right, what can everyone involved do, translate the larger vision of the film, through each scene. He does not shirk from tirelessly working towards the same.Art is not about achieving perfection. It is about authentically translating your vision. I'd say that this is what Aamir does, as an actor or as producer, whatever role he may take on, he does his authentic best.”

On the hosting front, Dhar has a slew of events lined up. She recently wrapped up the virtual Amazon Smbhav Summit 2022, Khelo India Youth Games, and Mint India Investment Summit.

“I am travelling in the direction I had envisioned for myself, mostly hosting large-format events consisting of content with a purpose. I am trying new avenues to express my talk on stage, whether poetry narration, moderation or story telling. It's the best phase and I am thankful to the Indian experiential industry for the opportunity of hosting some of the best events”, she added.

Advait Chandan's comedy-drama Laal Singh Chaddha, featuring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead roles, is among the most-anticipated films of 2022.
