Wynn Al Marjan Island Unveils Guest Rooms

Coastal resort in Ras Al Khaimah unveils design concepts for rooms, suites and villas set to launch in early 2027
Press Release

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a destination resort set to open in early 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, has unveiled initial images of its guest accommodations. The release offers a glimpse into the design approach planned for the coastal property.

The images provide an early view of the design direction for a selection of the resort’s 1,530 rooms, suites, and villas. The spaces have been conceptualised by Wynn Design & Development, the team responsible for the brand’s international properties.

Todd Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer, Wynn Design and Development, stated, “These rooms are rooted in the language of Wynn but reinterpreted for this oceanfront experience. They are a beautiful expression of form and function influenced by Ras Al Khaimah’s natural beauty.”

The Resort King room includes a dedicated entry vestibule that separates the sleeping area from the corridor, moving away from the standard open-plan layout. The design aims to offer greater privacy and a more residential atmosphere.

Spanning over 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 24 restaurants, a five star spa, luxury shopping, 12 pools, a private marina for vessels up to 75 metres, a 420 metre white-sand beach, and signature Wynn entertainment.
