Fountainhead MKTG executes Aditya Birla Capital Day 2020
Fountainhead MKTG, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) India, conceptualised and produced the 12th edition of the Aditya Birla Capital Day – the annual day celebration of Aditya Birla Capital group entities – on 31st July, 2020. The event was hosted virtually this year with over 18,000 attendees through the agency’s in-house virtual event platform MRGE.
According to Fountainhead MKTG, this was the first virtual event to be streamed live with real-time 3D compositing graphics. It featured an AR-enhanced keynote address by the Chief Executive of Aditya Birla Capital as well as multiple live chat sessions with Rohit Sharma, Vikram Sathaye, BK Sister Shivani and Sparsh Shah.
Production involving a multi-cam shoot on green screen combined with VFX transported the MC to a dynamic virtual set.

Attendees were kept engaged during the event with live polls and quizzes, a key on-ground feature that was successfully replicated virtually.
The highlight of the evening was recognising over 116 awardees for their accomplishments across diverse categories. The event culminated with a performance by Benny Dayal and the Funktuation who performed from multiple live locations.
