First Experience: Realme GT 2 Pro 5,000mAh Battery, 50MP Camera & Buds Air 3

Realme has launched its flagship Realme GT 2 Pro smartphone in India, as part of its live event. The company is also set to launch the Realme 9 smartphone, Realme Buds Air 3, Realme Book Prime, and Realme Smart TV Stick as part of the event.

The Realme GT 2 Pro offers top-of-the-line specifications at a mid-range price point. To recall, the smartphone was launched in China in January and made its debut in Europe in February.

Realme has collaborated with Naoto Fukusawa, to equip the GT2 Pro with a bio-based polymer Paper Tech Master design. The 5G smartphone packs a 2K AMOLED flat display with LTPO 2.0 technology and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Platform. Here is everything you should know about the smartphone.

Realme GT2 Pro Specifications and Features:

The Realme GT2 Pro flaunts a 6.7-inch AMOLED 2nd-Gen LTPO display with a 2K resolution and a high refresh rate of 120Hz. The smartphone also offers a punch-hole cutout design to accommodate the selfie camera sensor. The AMOLED panel comes with a pixel density of 525PPi, a peak brightness of 1400 nits, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the flagship Qualcomm 8 Gen 1 chipset, clubbed with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

The flagship phone bags a gigantic 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. The rear panel is built of Biopolymer which reduces carbon emission by 35.5 percent. The smartphone runs on Android 12 on top of Realme UI 3.0.

As far as cameras are concerned, the Realme GT2 Pro packs a triple rear camera setup placed at the top-left corner. The rectangular camera bump consists of a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor with OIS, accompanied by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with 150-degree FoV and a 3-megapixel macro lens, along with an LED flash. Upfront the phone houses a 32-megapixel camera sensor for selfies and video calls that sits underneath a punch-hole camera cut-out design.

Price and Availability

The Realme GT2 Pro is launched in India with a price tag of Rs 44,999 for the 8GB + 128GB storage model. While the12GB + 256GB variant will cost you Rs 52,999. That’s not it the company suggest that this price is under introductory offer and it will change soon.

The Realme GT2 Pro FLagship Series is going to be available for sale in India via Amazon India, the official website, and offline stores. Consumers can grab the smartphone in Paper White, Paper Green, and Steel Black color option.

Things To Watch Out For from Realme

Realme also confirmed to launch the Realme Buds Air 3 with features like ANC and TÜV Rheinland's high-performance certification. It includes a 42dB Active Noise Cancellation and offers up to 30 hours of playback.

Realme Book Prime comes is also in the lineup which is powered by the latest 11th Generation Intel Core i5 Processor.
