Bangalore based brand activation agency Eventsource recently helped Lifezen, (from the house of BAL Pharma Ltd) to launch of their new product Eye Spa in Karnataka through an interesting customer engagement initiative.
Speaking on the campaign,
Saqlain Shivani, Manager, Marketing and Trade said, “firstly it was difficult to convince the client that they are suffering from Dry Eyes. We came out with unique concept of dry eye check using customized software developed to check same in i-Pads. The objective of the campaign was to make people aware regarding dry eye syndrome and position eye spa as the right lubricant which can address this problem. We are getting a very positive feedback from the target group. We had a mix of Cinema, Digital and newspaper campaign to support the on ground campaign.“
Elaborating further,
Yashas, Event supervisor, Eventsource said,“We plan to reach major IT park, malls, Pharma outlets, optician and bookstore around Bangalore in phase 1 to touchbase with the target group and give them details regarding eye spa. Our promoters spend approx 5 minutes with each consumer, do the eye test and give them free sample of eye spa to try. Activity has got good response and we have already made direct contact with approx 5000 people in just 2 weeks of launch. We plan to further reach approx 2 Malls, 5 IT parks, 100 pharma stores, 10 opticians, 10 Bookstore to promoter the product in phase 1.“
