The event, hosted by the Mahindra Partners Corporate HR Team, was held at the Leela Palace in Chennai on 28th, 29 & 30th September 2016. Mahindra Partners organise this annual soiree with the intention of creating synergies and leveraging on the strengths of each of the 10 portfolio companies within the division. engage4more has been conceptualizing, planning and managing the Conclave for the past three years.
The conclave started with a keynote address given by Zhooben Bhiwandiwala, Managing Partner, Mahindra Partners, and Group President, Legal, Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd.
Attended by more than 100 members of the senior leadership from Mahindra Partners, the event saw the launch of the Rise app preceded by the Mahindra Rise story, a philosophy that binds all group companies together with a unifying purpose. The story of companies of Mahindra Partners was told through various media methods including skits, AVs and news hour sessions.
The entire event, which included day sessions by various speakers and entertainment during the evening, was managed by engage4more.
The three-day event included an interactive session by Mr. Ashish Hemrajani, Founder & CEO, BigTree Entertainment, Mr. Murugappan, Vice Chairman, Murugappa Group, Mr. Shivam Puri, General Manager & Business Head, Pureit - Hindustan Unilever Limited and Mr. Aakar Patel, Executive Director, Amnesty International India. Apart from these, several sessions were conducted by speakers from within Mahindra Partners followed by panel discussions.
The entertainment act for this event was the Story of Chennai & Ela Sapad (eating on plantain leaves) followed by a traditional dance at day one. Also one of the major highlight of the three-day get together were the exclusive performances by Group Company CEOs at “Partners Got Talent” evening session at day two.
