Organized on September 14 at hotel Sahara Star, the event was attended by more than 400 employees, and was executed by engage4more. Prior to this event, engage4more had organised ShopCJ Panga League (SPL), a month-long engagement program with employees that culminated into a finale during Josh 2016.
ShopCJ Network Private Limited COO, Dhruva Chandrie, the keynote speaker for the event, also gratified all award winners.
The highlight of the event was a “Joshila” dance performance by HODs along with some sparkling performances by employees.
Speaking on the association, ShopCJ Network Private Limited Senior HR, Deepali Saxena, said, “The event was a mega success and we have set a benchmark in ShopCJ, this was possible only because we partnered with engage4more. It was an impeccable execution and we appreciate the hard work, dedication, focus, constant support and prompt response in the pre event and during the main event.
