DLF Luxury Malls’ Treasury Of Trousseau Concludes On A High Note

DLF Luxury Malls’ marquee event, Treasury of Trousseau, took place at DLF Emporio, New Delhi, from 4 to 7 September, 2024. This celebration of Indian couture, bridal craftsmanship, and global luxury brought together the finest couturiers, stylists, décor experts, and cultural connoisseurs.

Tailored to the grandeur of ‘The Big Fat Indian Wedding’ and other significant celebratory moments, Treasury of Trousseau was an immersive one-stop destination offering brides and grooms-to-be a curated experience, allowing them to explore and indulge in shopping for weddings and celebrations.

The event began with a blend of fashion and wellness. Day one featured exclusive skincare experiences with Dr. Kiran Sethi of Isya Aesthetics, followed by a lunch fashion presentation by designer Surekha Jain. Attendees enjoyed makeup consultations with celebrity artist Meera Sakhrani and a discussion on cashmere with Jyotika Jhalani and Hanna Kathleen Hawkshaw. Mira Rajput Kapoor and Supriya Dravid led a special conversation on wellness and skincare, offering insights into holistic beauty regimes. The day concluded with an exclusive Whiskies and Watches showcase by Sandeep Arora, Glenfiddich & The Balvenie Single Malts, Kapoor Watch Co., and Läderach, followed by Suneet Varma's couture display.

The second day spotlighted personalised styling and contemporary trends. Anaita Shroff Adajania offered one-on-one styling sessions, while a fashion presentation over lunch by Dabiri Couture captivated attendees. Adding to the allure was a pop-up of luxury wedding and gifting picks by celebrity stylist Rhea Kapoor. The day’s highlights included a discussion on bridal and personal styling with Rhea Kapoor and Supriya Dravid, as well as couture showcases by Shivan & Narresh and Rimzim Dadu. An exclusive cocktail hour hosted by Jumeirah preceded the couture showcases.

Day three featured a one-on-one styling session with Anaita Shroff Adajania and a fashion presentation over lunch by Ridhi Mehra. Punit Jasuja and Ambika Anand offered behind-the-scenes insights into the Great Indian Wedding. The day also saw the launch of the Janavi India Mumbai and Delhi Tote Bag with Sussanne Khan, followed by an in-depth conversation on wedding planning with Jyotika Jhalani and Devika Narain. Bulgari previewed its India Exclusive Bulgari Mangalsutra Sautoir Necklace, fusing Italian craftsmanship with Indian tradition. Amit Aggarwal showcased sleek couture, while Falguni Shane Peacock presented opulent designs. The days concluded with a Jumeirah-hosted cocktail hour, ending the evenings with conversation and celebration.

The closing day of the Treasury of Trousseau offered a series of unique experiences. Guests enjoyed a discussion on modern skincare, led by Dr. Kiran Sethi MD and Supriya Dravid. Designer Ranna Gill hosted an intimate Sip & Paint soirée, while Ethos Watches showcased their exclusive timepieces over cocktails. The event concluded with a menswear preview by Arjan Dugal and a grand showcase of the Mercedes-Benz GLE AMG line by Mercedes-Benz Silver Arrows, offering attendees a taste of global luxury and craftsmanship.

Throughout all four days, guests enjoyed interactive fragrance and beauty pop-ups featuring Maison Des Parfums by Beauty Concepts and Baccarose, which showcased brands like Laura Mercier and Shiseido.

Notable influencers and key opinion leaders like Tarini Manchanda, Sanjana Batra, Navneet Randhawa, Karma Dhingra, Sumaya Dalmia, Bahaar Dhawan Rohatgi, Pranav Goswamy, Kalyani Chawla and Priyanka & Neha Nagar added to the event's glamour and buzz. Additionally, Lakshita Khanna, Founder, Bodh Waters and India's First Female Water Sommelier, and Roshni Wig, Senior Global Account Manager, Jumeirah also attended the wedding showcase.
