Bhavana Bhatia gets roped in to host the Biggest Annual Party For Accenture Financial Services
On 28th February 2020, all roads from Accenture financial services led to Chandivali Studios Mumbai as 1800+employees of Accenture geared up to celebrate excellence with their leadership. This annual event saw 15+ Spectacular Performances from the Accenture teams on the theme, “Colours of India".
Bhavana Bhatia with her rich experience of 10+ Years in Live Events was chosen to host this landmark event as Bhavana’s association with Accenture in India has been strong for over 7+ years. She engaged the audience from the word go when the Senior Leadership; Anahita Verma, Shalini Agarwal, Anjali Lamkhade, Prasad Kini & Rajesh Khandelval, joined her on the stage as Bhavana ensured they all matched her dance moves as the dhol played making the environment electric. The 15+ performances were performed with tremendous energy and each tributing to different elements of India. The performances ranged from music, rap, dance and fashion shows by the teams and leadership of Accenture in India.
Bhavana ensured that the tempo throughout the event was elevated hence creating a memorable time for the entire audience. During the show, Bhavana also engaged with the audience with some ice breakers ensuring the involvement throughout and even had 3 employees of Accenture co-host with her in various segments throughout the Annual day.
When interviewed by the Everythingexperiential Team about her experience while hosting the event, Bhavana said,” Accenture has been a key client of mine for over 7 + years now. Whenever I get on the stage, I have the willingness to deliver an energetic performance. In events where there is more than 1800+ audience, It’s important to stay in sync with production and client’s team backstage to ensure the event runs smoothly. An emcee should be ready to engage with the audience with Ice - Breakers throughout so as to give the due break to the performers up for the next act and also the production team to set the next Av in Play. Also, an emcee has to be vigilant when to stop the engagement so that the annual party doesn't exceed the time limit. It truly was an amazing and memorable event as all the managing directors came up to me and personally congratulated me.
