Anime has grown into a key element of Indian pop culture, attracting a dedicated fanbase across the country. Recognising this, dentsu has extended its support to 'Mela! Mela! Anime Japan!!' - an event celebrating the vibrant world of anime and Japanese culture, aiming to make it a grand success. The event will take place on 28 September (from 11 am to 10 pm) and 29 September, 2024 (from 11 am to 8 pm) in the capital at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden.
Backed by the Indian and Japanese governments, this event will showcase iconic anime titles alongside exhibitions from renowned Japanese companies.
The event will consist of booths exhibiting anime and other content, film screenings of anime and related content (some films with fees), booths of Japanese companies’/organisations’ products and services, stalls of popular Japanese restaurants in Delhi NCR and stage events such as animation singer concerts, cosplay events, etc.
Fans and newcomers alike can explore popular anime and other content like Suzume, Hello Kitty, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Godzilla, Godzilla Minus One, Spy x Family Code: White, Attack on Titan, and Midnight The Era. Attendees will also enjoy exhibitions highlighting Japan’s creative industries, along with Japanese-branded products, services, food, and beverages.
