Triumph conducts sub-contest in Mumbai for Femina Miss India

After their successful events in Bangalore, Kolkata and Delhi, Femina Miss India conducted their final pageant in Mumbai which took place from 21st to 23rd March, 2016. The event took place at Sahara Star Hotel, Mumbai. The sub- contest saw a ramp walk by Femina Miss India finalists. The ramp sizzled with the perfect bodied participants wearing stunning bikinis. As exclusive ‘Confidence Partner’ for the pageant, Triumph conducted an interactive fitting workshop on the 23rd of March with the contestants where they were educated on how to find the right fitting lingerie, the different types of lingerie for each outfit and occasion and answer queries from contestants. Dettol partners with Gurgaon Traffic Police to market its air masks

T.I.C. executed season 3 of Tata Motors T1 Prima Truck Racing

T.I.C. executed Tata Motors T1 Prima Truck Racing 2016 consecutively for the 3rd season. This year, the event saw an attendance of more than 50,000 spectators. T.I.C is an ISO certified event management firm with over 23 years of experience in international events, weddings, live communications and experiential marketing. Indian drivers participated in the race as promised by Tata Motors in season 2. Jagat Singh and Nagarjuna A created the history by winning the coveted T1 Prima Truck Racing Championship, organized for Indian truck drivers, in its third edition. Competing in the Super Class category comprising of some of the most experienced drivers, these drivers were selected through comprehensive training and selection programs, for Indian drivers, from Tata Motors fleet customers’ operations across the country. These ‘Heroes of the Highways’ took home the highest price money ever for an Indian motorsports event - Rs 10 lakhs being awarded to each of the first place winners, of the two Super Class category races. Having finished fourth in the first 8-lap race of the two Pro Class races comprising of international drivers, David Jenkins of Team Tata Technologies took top honors in the final 20-lap race, with Rick Collett and Graham Powell both from Team Tata Cummins, taking second and third place respectively, in an action packed race. Mat Summerfield of Team Castrol Vecton, winner of the first 8-lap race, clocked the fastest lap of 1:50:691 seconds, in the second race, around the 3.1 kilometers racetrack. Talking about the season 3, Gaurav Dhall, MD, T.I.C. shared, “Watching Tata Motors T1 Truck Racing’s growth over the years is a great experience. This year was even more special as we had our own Indian drivers competing against each other for the title, thus creating a history. The successful execution of this kind of major sporting event is a great moment for us as a team. I feel extremely proud of being a part of this reputed event.” Alongside some edge of the seat action at T1 2016, Season 3 also hosted some of the country’s most prominent names from the music and entertainment scene. Candid conducts Techshare India 5th time in a row

Candid Marketing executed a conference cum exhibition, Techshare 2016 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi earlier this month. Techshare is a conference cum exhibition organized by Barrierbreak with an aim of showcasing the technology and assistive devices available to make possible, with ease, the everyday activities for the disabled people. Barrierbreak in partnership with NCPEDP & RNIB, UK have brought Techshare India 2016 to discuss accessibility & assistive technology at a national level with strong international participation. Post the success of the 2008, 2010, 2012 & 2014 events, the 5th edition of Techshare India was held last week to focus on enhancing equal access through the theme, ‘Towards Digital Inclusion’. It is a property held every two years. Candid Marketing was assigned the task of conducting the conferences and erecting the disable friendly structures at the Venue. Candid is conducting Techshare India with ease & expertise over the years which not many agencies are able to handle the disable friendly event briefs. In order to achieve the objective, special size/type of ramps were built (for wheelchairs), signages (directions for the visually impaired) were specially created. Braille labels were integrated in lifts for visually impaired, and straws were provided for mobility impaired at food area to provide a seamless experience. A formal training was organized to orient the volunteers on how to interact with the people with disabilities. Also, bringing together the entire ecosystem of Government, NGO’s, Corporate houses & the disable people in an effort towards constructive steps for bringing at par the disabled people with all the ease around them. The conference cum exhibition explored the entire gamut of technology working for the disabled and succeeded in breaking barriers between the government, the corporate, the NGOs on one hand and the disabled sixty million Indians on the other. A total of 1230 delegates attended this conference cum exhibition. Around 2200 visitors from corporates, NGOs and governments’ organization, 70% of the people with disabilities and 75 international participants came to attend the conference. SWP Productions organizes Tata Polo Cup with first all women's polo teams

The first All Womens’ polo chukker was held last week at Jaipur Polo Grounds in New Delhi. Ms Shivani Wazir Pasrich was the Emcee and presenter of the evening and Mr. Sharad Saxena, the commentator. The women players include Avshreya Rudy, a Mayo-ite with excellent riding skills and the daughter of the Hon’ble Minister for Skill Development Rajiv Pratap Rudy and golfing champion Neelam Rudy. Rina Shah who has a brilliant track record in her polo achievements including winning the MG & G Area Polo Cup in 2013, Umaid Bhavan Cup 2014, Jodhpur Cup 2014, Beginners Cup Jodhpur – 2013 and Hermes Cup Jodhpur 2015, she started playing chukkers in 2012 and participated in her first tournament in 2013. Her current handicap is -2 and she represents the Amateur Riding Club. Other players are Leonie Darsow from Germany, who lives in Hamburg and works at Lufthansa Technik, French player Carine Barbe who lived in India for several years and works with Air France. Percept Sports & Entertainment, a unit of Percept One, bagged the mandate of organizing and executing the Tetra Pak SAM (South Asian Market) Kick off 2016. The event took place on 1st March 2016, at the JW Marriot in Pune, and witnessed an attendance of over 600 people. The Tetra Pak SAM (South Asian Market) Kick off 2016 is an annual property which is held for the internal employees of Tetra Pak, celebrating the bond and the spirit of unity, motivating them to work together towards a common goal, and pacing them to reach Momentum. Tetra Pak is a multinational food packaging and processing company of Swedish origin with head offices in Lund, Sweden, and Lausanne, Switzerland. The company offers packaging, filling machines and processing for dairy, beverages, cheese, ice-cream and prepared food, including distribution tools like accumulators, cap applicators, conveyors, crate packers, film wrappers, line controllers, and straw applicators. Percept Sports & Entertainment was responsible for conceptualizing, designing, planning and executing the entire event in JW Marriot, Pune. The scope of work included creating the stage design, creating the entire look and feel of the gala event, branding, and executing the overall flow of the show.
