The 10th Edition Of The North East Festival 2022 Begins Today In The Capital City

Indians’ love of music is well-known and Delhi always entertains people with fantastic music events and concerts, art and literature festivals. 

The 10th Edition of the North East Delhi Festival 2022 begins today and will continue until 26th December 2022. It is all set to showcase the best of music, fashion, culture, food, art and craft.  

The four-day event will be held at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium in the national capital after a gap of two years because of the Covid-19 lockdown. 

The festival will be inaugurated by Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise, Narayan Rane. 

More than 50 food stalls will present a diverse food menu not only from North East but from Delhi-NCR to share the different cultures. 

“Dozens of stalls will come up for this exhibition to create a marketplace wherein visitors can buy and explore authentic products from the region,” organisers said to a media house.  

The event has a unique line-up of artists’ names including, Kalanjan, Khanzaadi, Flying Cupid, Serpents of Pakhangba and Traffic Jam and other performers who will entertain the audience. 

Director General, Tourism, Government Of India, GK Vardhana Rao will grace the occasion.
