Their dedicated cabin crew is embarking on a customised program to learn sign language, underscoring our commitment to creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
Cabin crew trained in sign language have started flying on select flights from today. This training will enable the crew to effectively communicate with passengers with hearing loss during their travels. This program empowers SpiceJet to better serve passengers with hearing impairments, fostering a more inclusive and welcoming travel environment for all. The trainers and cabin crew have received basic sign language training with the help of the Noida Deaf Society .
