Percept digitICE, the Digital and Virtual arm of Percept ICE, the Special Projects, Events & Experiential Marketing Domain Company of Percept Ltd, conceptualized and executed a successful interactive Live Virtual Event for ZEE Entertainment Enterprise Ltd’s 38th Annual General Meeting. The Virtual Meet held on 18 September 2020 was attended by over 50 key members and saw over 65,000 viewers online, therein marking a pivotal and strategic shift for ZEE in the domain of digital multi-channel communication, given the Social Distancing rules enforced globally and pan India since the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
The 38th edition of the ZEE Entertainment Enterprise Ltd AGM was a pioneering holistic Live Virtual event which saw many luminary Directors join in from multiple locations across India and overseas. With a state-of-the-art Multi-Platform bridge, Shareholders were able to seamlessly address and interact with the Board of Directors in real-time in the virtual world.
The end-to-end Virtual Event was conceptualized, designed, planned and executed by Percept digitICE, the Full Service Digital, Virtual and Hybrid Experiential Marketing & Events Unit of Percept ICE. The scope of work encompassed creating the impactful stage design, producing the overall background of the environment which changed design and messaging as per the flow of the meeting. Percept ICE also designed the unique micro-site in accordance with the brand guidelines, and all guests had to login into this site to enter the Virtual Meet. The digital content was customized to suit every segment within the macro event flow. The highlight of the event was the dynamic stage reveal which saw Visuals, Light and SFX wow all attendees. State-of-the-art Virtual Technology ensured a seamless transition and bridge between the three online platforms viz. Board of Directors, Shareholders and Viewers. Percept ICE was also in charge of the Event Live Stream, Video Edits, Language Translation for viewers, seamless coordination between all Stakeholders and NSDL, Moderator Scripts and the overall Virtual Live Show Management.
