Nicky Craig, General Manager, Panda & Sons and a mixology expert, will lead the evening at Copitas, showcasing his expertise in crafting frozen cocktails. Founded in 2013 by bartender Iain McPherson, known as The Cocktail Panda, Panda & Sons is dedicated to creating outstanding cocktail experiences in a welcoming environment. The bar is famous for its pioneering freezing techniques, transforming the art of cocktail creation.
