The Mice and Wedding event is a unique business-to-business market creation platform organised by EEMA (Event and Entertainment Management Association) aiming at creating experiential realms across the country. The association is kicking off the initiative with Rajasthan by bringing the event industry and state tourism together on one platform.
The Mice and Wedding event would be a platform for agencies to come in as buyers while speed vending sessions would be hosted throughout the day so they get to meet the best of Rajasthan's resources under one roof. Rajasthan State Tourism is going to back the event by providing all the necessary ways in which the center of wedding destination would provide wider opportunities for agencies to explore.
Following the interactions there would be two panel discussions on 'Tourism Needs to Marry Events' in which top representatives of the event industries would speak about how tourism along with event organizers can work together to enhance productivity and work flow by granting the necessary permissions and help vendors overcome local challenges to cover all types of events from exhibitions to marriages.
The Wedding and Mice event will be attended by EEMA President and Founder Wizcraft International, Sabbas Joseph, who is keen to carry the B2B initiative to the entire country. EEMA, with its 1000 entities operating in the country along with various segments in 100+ cities, will be backing the event by being the official body responsible for overseeing the business conducted by organizations and state tourism.
The idea to carry forward this initiative is to boost the tourism sector as well as the event industry all across India. Rajasthan has been zeroed in as the first destination to kick off the unique initiative since the state is a major wedding destination in the country.
