Alvarez & Marshal India Appoints Aparna Chopra As Executive Director

Chopra's marks a move to enhance the company’s presence in the consumer and retail sector

Alvarez and Marsal India revealed the appointment of Aparna Chopra as Executive Director within the retail and consumer products practice.

With 25 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail and online businesses, Chopra leverages her operational lens to advise clients on building and growing brands, developing marketing strategies, launching new businesses and scaling up existing operations, as well as business transformation. She has served on engagements ranging from portfolio management to new business leadership and talent pool set up. Additionally, she has facilitated launches, market entries for new brands, distribution channels and pricing business strategies for Nestle, YUM Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell), Costa Coffee and Lenskart.

Chopra has worked across multiple markets including India, UK, EMEA, North Africa and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Alvarez and Marshal, she served as Nestle South Asia’s Business Head of breakfast cereals and Head of Sustainability and Climate Change.
