Radico Khaitan’s Rampur Asava Debuts In India

Radico Khaitan, one of the prominent players in India's alcoholic beverage industry, has introduced its latest offering in the form of Rampur Asava single malt whisky.

Priced at Rs 10,000 per bottle, Rampur Asava will initially launch in Uttar Pradesh and gradually expand to Delhi, Chandigarh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Telangana, and Goa by the end of the fiscal year. The company also aims to introduce Rampur Asava through the Ministry of Defence's Canteen Stores Department to reach a wider audience.

Radico Khaitan operates distilleries in Rampur and Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, and Aurangabad, Maharashtra, boasting a combined capacity of 320 million litres, supported by 41 bottling units across the country.

The company aims to seize the growing demand for premium spirits in India, leveraging Radico Khaitan's expertise in crafting top-notch beverages.

Recent times have seen several Indian brands gaining international recognition, including Paul John Single Malt whiskies like Mithuna priced at Rs 22,000, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez at Rs 13,000 each, and Rampur Indian Single Malt at Rs 12,500 for a 750-ml bottle. Crazy Cock Dhua—The Peated One, produced by South Seas Distilleries, is available at Rs 12,500 for a 750-ml bottle.
