Manushi Chillar, former Miss World and GJEPC’s brand ambassador was seen at ‘Jewels on the Ramp’, a jewellery fashion show at the India International Jewellery Show IIJS Tritiya held in Bangalore.
The night saw the presence of industry stalwarts walking the ramp with Chhillar, adorning an exquisite jewellery piece in a white gown. Chhillar, along with several fashion models, showcased traditional Indian artistry and contemporary styles. The jewels walking the ramp represented each exhibitor's creations.
Nirav Bhansali, Convener, National Exhibitions, GJEPC, along with Suvankar Sen, MD and CEO of Senco Gold and Diamonds joined Jugal Chokshi of CVM on the runway. Dr Pratap Madhukar Kamath, MD, Abaran Timeless Jewellery, Bengaluru, took a bow with Jinesh Mehta, Founder, Kaamya Jewel. Showstopper Rambhai of Neelkanth Jewellers, Bengaluru made an appearance with owner Atishay Jain of Dravya Lab Grown Diamonds. Vinod Hayagriv, MD and Chairman, C. Krishniah Chetty (CKC) Group walked down the ramp, taking a bow as the showstopper for Sanjay Jain of Manoj Ornaments. Rajesh Kalyanaraman ED of Kalyan Jewellers graced the runway as the showstopper alongside Dr Chetan Mehta.
At IIJS Tritya, The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) unveiled the ‘Brilliant Bharat’ theme for the next six India International Jewellery Shows (IIJS). The theme is aimed at rediscovering and celebrating India’s traditions, cultural diversity and innovative technology.

The ‘Jewels on the Ramp’ during IIJS Tritiya Bangalore showcased the new trends and evolution of jewellery for this season including the dominance and demand for lightweight jewellery, redefining utility and multiple wearability while embracing modernity and tradition.
This year's IIJS Tritiya in Bangalore featured over 900 exhibitors and 1,900 stalls across 40,000 square meters. It served as a marketplace, providing opportunities for industry players to connect and collaborate. It had over 15,000 pre-registered visitors from over 500 cities in India and 60 countries.
