More than 10,000 music and motorcycle lovers from across India celebrated the coming together of rock music and roaring Harley engines, at the 6
th season of the Harley Rock Riders music festival. Hosted at the Richardson & Cruddas Foundry in Mumbai, the festival witnessed some of the best talent from both Indian and International bands, a display of the recently launched Harley-Davidson MY16 Dark Custom motorcycles, a dedicated Harley-Davidson museum showcasing the journey of motorcycles & rock music over the years and official Harley-Davidson merchandise enhancing the whole experience.

The contest featured 5 of India’s best independent motorcycle customizers, namely –
EIMOR Customs, TNT Motorcycles, Godspeed Customs, MotoMiu, and TJ Moto.

Metal fans from across the country enjoyed Megadeth while Reggae fans grooved to the tunes of popular international band
The Wailers. Megadeth also responded to the love of their fans from Bangalore in a truly rocking fashion and because of popular demand, performed in the ‘Silicon Valley of India’ on October 28
th, as a pre-cursor to the rock music festival.

Earning the chance to play for a live audience not only at HRR Season VI but also at next year’s edition of the music festival,
Celestial Teapot were crowned the winners of the ‘Find your Freedom’ contest. As the audience chanted Megadeth, the symphony of music and motorcycles came alive as Harley owners created a special ‘mega rev’ by revving up their motorcycles as Megadeth went up the stage to perform.
Following HRR, on November 1
st, the Harley-Davidson motorcycle Boot Camp was carried out in Mumbai where riders experienced the Harley-Davidson culture and took their dream Harley for a ride.
