IF.BE To Host LXMI.inc Event For Fourth Edition In Mumbai
An event dedicated to leadership for women in business, LXMI.inc at IF.BE aims to bring a host of great minds under one roof on 29 June
The inaugural edition of LXMI.inc took place on 25 May, 2023, featuring 12 path-breaking women leaders. Speakers included Faye D’Souza, Shoma Chaudhury, Zarina Screwvala, Kanika Tekriwal, and many more.
In its fourth edition, the conference will focus on leadership, equipping individuals to lead with authenticity, compassion and vision, redefining leadership as a personal journey of resilience and purpose.
Sarita Vijayan, the program director of IF.BE, founder of LXMI.inc, and founder of FYI, India’s premiere experiential content and design firm, shares “LXMI.inc returns with a strategic focus on leadership for women in business. Today, only 7 out of 100 entrepreneurs in India are women. I truly believe that when provided with equal access to inputs, women-owned enterprises produce equally strong economic outcomes when compared with companies led by men.”
This edition of LXMI.inc will focus specifically on leadership for women entrepreneurs.
