Brown-Forman Corporation, globally renowned for its ownership of Jack Daniel's, has roped in Gaurav Sabharwal as Managing Director, India & South Asia.
Sabharwal’s career spans over 20 years within the beverage and consumer goods sectors. With a background in the alcoholic beverage industry, he has worked across diverse regions in Asia, including the Indian sub-continent, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. During his tenure of more than 14 years at Pernod Ricard, he held various leadership positions, where he led strategic initiatives and transformative projects. His responsibilities encompassed leading operations in India, Singapore, and Dubai. Prior to this, he held several commercial leadership roles at Diageo.
In his latest role, Sabharwal will assume the role of overseeing Brown-Forman’s operations in the high-growth and strategic markets of India and South Asia. Reporting directly to Eveline Albarracin, VP and Managing Director of Brown-Forman ANZPI IMENA Turkiye, he will be based out of Gurugram.
