‘The Lost Cuisine of Punjab’ is a culinary exploration project aimed at reviving and preserving the rich, diverse culinary heritage of Punjab.
Punjab boasts a culinary legacy deeply rooted in tradition, history and regional influences. However, with changing times, many traditional recipes and cooking techniques have lost their charm, losing the culinary heritage that was associated with it.
Crowne Plaza Greater Noida explores the lost flavours and cuisines of Punjab with Chef Hardev Singh at the helm. Taking place at Spice Art, the guests can indulge in delicacies like Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Charsi kebab, Mongre Aloo di Sabhi, Chaati da Kukkad, Mash di Dal, Phulkari Pulao, Punjabi Chitti, Alsi di Panjiri and a lot more.
The 12-day long food festival will transport you to the lanes of Punjab’s bygone era and get you reminiscing the old-classic flavours from 18 to 30 April 2024, 7 pm to 11 pm.
