1) Organize Daily Prayer

Initiate a habit of reciting a collective prayer in the morning among employees whilst ensuring that it is not limited to any region or religion. Write or adopt a universal prayer that will increase and rejuvenate belief system of employees and help them to follow ethics, values and organizational culture matching organizational goals .

2) Nurture Plants

Keep plants and fresh flowers daily in front of your employees and make a rule that every employee has to adopt one plant and name it as per their wish.
