In a statement on World Environment Day, Sooraj Balakrishnan, Associate Director and Head of Marketing, Acer India, emphasised the company's commitment to tackling the climate crisis. Highlighting Acer's achievement of a 60 per cent reduction in global carbon emissions, Balakrishnan announced Acer's participation in the RE100 initiative, pledging to transition to 100 per cent renewable energy by 2035.

He underscored the importance of restoring ecosystems to mitigate climate change and enhance human well-being. Acer's Vero line-up of PCs and IT products, made from recycled materials, exemplifies the company's dedication to sustainability.
