Nissan Motor Corporation has expanded Mohan Wilson's role as Director of Marketing and Corporate Strategy. With a background in media planning and expertise in automotive, electric vehicles (EVs), product launch strategies, e-commerce, advertising and marketing communications, Wilson brings a wealth of experience to this position. His career trajectory includes stints at Gothaer AG, AXA, Audi India, Audi AG and Infiniti Motor Company.
During his tenure as the head of global marketing planning at Infiniti Motor Company, Wilson played a pivotal role in overseeing the global marketing planning function. He directly reported to the Global Head of M and S Division and was responsible for co-ordinating marketing investments worldwide. Wilson's approach included developing data-driven marketing strategies focused on precision marketing and leveraging insights to personalise customer interactions throughout their journey. Additionally, he fostered strategic partnerships and projects with Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance partners such as Google, Facebook and Twitter.
Saurabh Vatsa, who reports to Frank Torres, President of Nissan India Operations and Region Divisional Vice President of Business Transformation (AMIEO), has been appointed to lead the next phase of growth for Nissan India Operations.
